What it is
You apply with the dues stated first. You then keep a four-week Candidacy: a Baseline Card and its re-test, logged practice every week, a Rules and etiquette paper marked by the server, a statistics round, a round played to a written plan, two rounds confirmed by the golfer who marked your card, and a short Letter for the record. When every requirement is met inside the window, a published rule elects you, automatically. The rule, word for word, is on the practice plan page, and the method page says what is checked and what rests on your word.
The first intake is Intake I. Founding Member dues, if you are elected and choose to accept, are $480 a year; billing has not opened. Seats taken and elections so far are on the Ledger, read live from the club's own records.
Who publishes it
Elected Golf is published by Vitaly Bibikov, an individual. Write to support@electedgolf.com for anything about the club, your Candidacy or your data; the privacy page says what is kept and why.
What it is not
The club has no committee and no professionals: nobody grades you, and a person looks at an outcome only when you ask. It is not affiliated with any golf club or governing body, including the USGA, The R&A, England Golf and the Emirates Golf Federation.
How the Library is written
Every Library page is dated and lists its sources. Statements about the Rules are paraphrased from, and checked against, the Rules of Golf (2023 edition), and statements about handicaps against the Rules of Handicapping (2024 edition), with links to the official text. Fees and club procedures come only from what clubs publish themselves; where a figure could not be verified, the page says so rather than guessing.
