The election rule, in one line
Meet every published requirement inside your 28-day window (plus one automatic 7-day extension), with no honour rule triggered, and you are elected automatically. The full rule.
What membership will include
- The members' season programme: a four-week block each month, in the Candidacy's format, with its own published card.
- Your record, kept and exportable: every card, round and paper since your Candidacy.
- An optional line on the Ledger, and your Letter there if you choose it.
That is the whole list. Membership does not include lessons, individual instruction or written correspondence, and it does not include a handicap or a place at any other club.
When billing opens
Nothing is charged at application, at election or when you accept. If billing opens, every person who accepted is written to first with the exact terms, and decides then. These terms will apply:
- A full refund on request within 30 days of the first payment.
- A pro-rata refund if the club closes or materially changes what membership includes.
- Renewal only if you separately choose it, with a reminder 30 days before.
There is no other price. A later intake's price will be published only when it is fixed and intended to be charged.
