A golf club · Founded 2026

Membership is earned on the course.

Apply with the dues stated up front. Keep a 28-day card: logged practice, a rules paper, two rounds your marker confirms and a short Letter for the record. Meet every published requirement and you are elected by the card, automatically.

The plan and the Library are free to anyone. No person grades you, your swing or your Letter.

IHow it works

Three steps, one published rule.

  1. 1

    Apply

Five minutes. The dues are stated before you submit, and nothing is charged. Confirm your address and your seat is numbered.

  2. 2

    Keep the card

Twenty-eight days from the Monday after you confirm: the Baseline Card, logged practice, the Rules paper, a stats round, a Game Plan round and two qualifying rounds.

  3. 3

    Elected by the card

When every requirement is met inside the window, the rule elects you. Nobody votes and nobody reads your Letter to decide anything.

IIThe Candidacy

A plan you would follow if no one were reading it.

Four weeks, laid out like a card. A better score is not required; four weeks rarely moves an honest handicap. The work is required, and a marker's confirmation on the rounds that count. The full plan and its rule.

IIIMethod

What is verified, and what is on honour.

The club checks what can be checked and leaves the rest to your word, as golf does. How election works.

Checked by the server

  1. 01

    Marker-confirmed rounds

Your marker confirms date, course and score from a single-use link. Nobody asks them for an account.

  2. 02

    The Rules paper

Twenty-five questions drawn from sixty, marked by the server. The pass mark is twenty.

  3. 03

    The Letter's shape

Three labelled sections and their lengths. Its content is yours; no person reads it to decide anything.

On your honour

  1. 04

    Practice

Logged on your word, checked against plain validity rules, and tested again on the Baseline re-test.

  2. 05

    The Pledge

"I will log only what happened, as I would sign a scorecard."

  3. 06

    What the club cannot do

Issue a handicap, or place anyone at a club.

IVDues

The price, before anything else.

One founding rate for Intake I, held while membership is continuous. There is no other price and no checkout.

Questions before applying

Is the Candidacy free?

Yes. The plan, the logs, the paper and your record cost nothing, elected or not. Dues are owed only if you are elected, choose to accept, and billing has opened. Billing is not open.

Who decides whether I am elected?

The published card. Every requirement is on the practice plan page and checked by the same rule for every candidate; when all of them are met inside your window, you are elected automatically, the same day. If you think an outcome is wrong, write to support: a person looks at it, with your own account of what happened, and can correct it.

Do I need an official handicap?

No. You can apply with the handicap your association issued, or with three recent scores if you have none. We issue no handicap, and nothing on this site is one.

What does my marker do?

The golfer who marks your card confirms the round from a link you hand them, on their own phone, with one tap. We never write to them, and they give us only a first name.

Can the club help me join a private club?

We are not affiliated with any club and cannot secure admission.

Why is there a seat cap?

The cap is what one person can support properly through a four-week Candidacy. Seats are numbered as addresses are confirmed, and the count on this page is read live from the club's own records.

Who can apply?

Anyone aged 18 or over who can play golf safely. You confirm both when you apply.
