For a lost link, use “Email me my link” on the apply page, or write from the address you applied with; we never need your link or its key, so please do not send it. Do not send health information. To ask for a person to review an outcome, name the rule and say what you think went wrong. Requests to see, export, correct or delete your information come here too.
What to expect
Mail is answered within two working days. Requests about your data, and reviews of an outcome, are answered within one month.
